Full question: Theresa May’s plan for the Brexit negotiations focused on the following points: • The UK will continue following EU rules on goods (but not services) to avoid a ‘hard border’ with Europe. • The UK would collect tariffs on the EU’s behalf for goods entering the Britain bound for Europe. • However, the UK would still be able to set its own tariffs for countries outside of the EU.
