a) “Over the next few years it would be best for Britain
to seek a significantly closer relationship with the EU,
in order to repair the damage that Brexit has done”
b) “Whatever harm Brexit may or may not have done, it
would now be best for Britain to let things settle down,
and keep in place the arrangements that have been
