Full question wording

The Parliament in Cyprus recently rejected a bailout deal involving a tax of 9.9% on all savings in order to raise 5.8 billion euros needed to secure a 10 billion euro bailout from the EU and the IMF. An alternative plan is to not place a tax on savings below 20,000 euros at all but instead to tax 6.75% on savings between 20,000 and 100,000 euros and tax 9.9% on savings over 100,000 euros. In principle, do you generally support or oppose this plan?
