Full question wording

As you may have seen or heard the Prime Minister David Cameron is currently renegotiating the relationship that the UK has with the European Union. We do not yet know what will change. Please imagine that after negotiations free movement of people across European Union members states remains as it is now, i.e. no changes are agreed. Under such a scenario, would you vote to remain a member of the European Union, or vote to leave the European Union?
