Full question wording

The Prime Minister has recently announced that the NHS will receive an additional £384m a week by 2023. This is to be paid for partly by a ‘Brexit dividend’ of money that will no longer be paid to the EU in membership contributions, fulfilling a key promise made by the Leave Campaign. Others have claimed that any financial gains released from leaving the EU will be outweighed by slower economic growth and lower tax revenues, and that an increase in NHS funding will have to come through other routes such as increased taxes and borrowing.
