Next week Parliament is to debate whether or not Britain should opt into the European Arrest Warrant. This is an arrest warrant that is valid throughout the European Union, meaning someone suspected of committing a crime elsewhere in the EU can be arrested in Britain and sent to the other EU country for trial, and someone suspected of a crime here in Britain can be arrested elsewhere in the EU and brought back here for trial. Do you think Britain should or should not opt into the European Arrest Warrant?
