Full question wording

The government have recently been piloting a new scheme to relax border controls for EU citizens at busy times to prioritise controls on people entering Britain from outside the EU. However, it has been revealed that border controls were also relaxed for people entering Britain from outside the EU at busy times. The government have said that this was done by the border agency without the permission of the Home Secretary, Theresa May. Do you think Theresa May should resign over the relaxation of border controls?
