Full question wording

Earlier this month Parliament passed a law saying that if a deal has
not been agreed by 19th October then the Prime Minister must, by
law, seek an extension to delay Brexit until January. Boris Johnson
has said he will not seek an extension. If a deal hasn't been agreed
by 19th October, what do you think Boris Johnson should do?
